Menlo Gateway

Menlo Gateway is a 1 million square foot development in Menlo Park, California. A development that will successfully deliver on the promise of applying sustainability construction practices to a huge commercial property and responsible fiscal growth to the surrounding community. Luxury office space, a hotel, and a fitness club will help grow the City’s economy. And enhancements to the surrounding expansive open space will provide environmental balance and compliment the LEED gold certification. Michael Patrick Partners was asked to name the project and design a seamless end-to-end campaign.
